familiar to everyone. Most people across the globe love the chilies or sauces

chemical reaction between capsaicin bonds with the pain receptors inside the
mouth. Capsaicin or capsaicinoids is a family of molecules found in almost all
chili peppers and pain receptors are the same neurons inside the mouth which
detects heat.
Most people immediately drink water whenever the

spreads the capsaicin inside the mouth and resultantly they receive more pain receptors
