Morning Elixir: Warm Water with Lemon and Turmeric (RECIPE)
Ingredients:
- Warm Water/ Almond milk/ Rice milkr - 1 glass
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Cinnamon - a pinch (optional)
- Honey - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients in water/milk.
- Mix well.
- Turmeric will sink at the bottom so you'll have to shake every time you drink.
- Drink it warm.
- This drink is best for overall health.
