Morning Elixir: Warm Water with Lemon and Turmeric (RECIPE)

Ingredients:

  • Warm Water/ Almond milk/ Rice milkr - 1 glass
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Cinnamon - a pinch (optional)
  • Honey - 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut Oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:

  • Add all the ingredients in water/milk.
  • Mix well.
  • Turmeric will sink at the bottom so you'll have to shake every time you drink.
  • Drink it warm.
  • This drink is best for overall health.
